West Midlands Police have asked for the public’s help in finding a Wolverhampton mother and her three children who have been missing since Saturday, August 8.
The woman, identified by police as Alimat, 31, was last seen with her children in the Digbeth area of central Birmingham, according to a police appeal reported by the Daily Mail.
Police said the family had been missing for two days at the time of the appeal.
A CCTV image released with the appeal reportedly shows Alimat walking with her three children. The image appears to show the group with at least two suitcases, while Alimat also appears to be pushing a pram carrying coats and other clothing.
In a social media post, West Midlands Police wrote: “Have you seen Alimat?”
“The 31-year-old from Wolverhampton is missing along with her three children,” police said. “They have been missing since 8 August and were last seen in the area of Digbeth in Birmingham.”
Police urged anyone who sees Alimat or has information about her whereabouts to call 999 and quote reference RID 1160387.
