Patel Claims Evidence Is Solid on Kirk Assassination — Will America Buy It?

Patriot Brief

  • What Happened: FBI Director Kash Patel responded to Candace Owens’ claims, including alleged assassination threats and accusations against Turning Point USA, during an interview with Megyn Kelly.

  • Key Findings: Patel confirmed the FBI believes Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk, said there is no credible evidence linking foreign governments or anyone within TPUSA to the assassination.

  • Bottom Line: The FBI says there is zero evidence implicating TPUSA or foreign actors, and prosecutors are relying only on evidence they deem credible.

FBI Director Kash Patel is pushing back hard against a wave of speculation and online theories after Candace Owens claimed she received foreign assassination threats and alleged deeper conspiracies surrounding the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. In a wide-ranging interview with Megyn Kelly, Patel addressed every major claim — and he did not leave much room for doubt.

When asked directly whether Tyler Robinson is believed to be the man who killed Kirk, Patel responded plainly: “Yes.” Kelly pressed further, asking whether any foreign government played a role in the assassination. Patel’s answer was just as blunt: the FBI has “no credible information” connecting any foreign entity to Kirk’s death.

That matters, because Owens suggested France may have been involved — or at least tied to an alleged threat against her. Patel made clear that any threat against an American, foreign or domestic, is being investigated. He didn’t dismiss Owens’ claim, but he didn’t validate it either. “We are just looking at everything that comes in,” Patel said. “If someone feels that their life is being threatened, we are, of course, looking at it.”

Patel also shut down another rumor circulating online: that someone within Turning Point USA may have been connected to Kirk’s killing. His response? “Zero.”

Finally, when Kelly questioned whether the text exchange between Robinson and Lance Twiggs — a key piece of evidence — was authentic, Patel said prosecutors would not be using anything they didn’t deem credible. The implication was clear: the evidence being presented is solid, and nothing has emerged to validate claims of internal sabotage or foreign orchestration.

So America…..are we drinking the kool-aid? Or is this just another “Epstein killed himself” kind of situations?
